NOTICE: We do NOT provide consultations by phone or email.  However, we can schedule you for an appointment, if you provide all the information requested below.  In order to protect third parties, we may decline to schedule you for an appointment, without explaining the reason, including but not limited to whether there is a conflict of interest with another client or not.  Until we do a conflict check, please do  NOT tell us the details of your case, until we respond to your request for an appointment in writing and confirm that you can seek our legal advice or assistance.  Further, unless you use our website to commit a crime or to misrepresent your identity, and absent a court order, we will not share  any of your information about you or about your request for an appointment with anyone, including law enforcement, even if no appointment is made.  We hope to be able to assist you with your legal matter. However, you are on notice that this this office does not represent you and I am NOT your attorney, until you sign a consultation agreement or sign a retainer agreement in accordance with our instructions.
